Vayne.

Out ADCs every ADC. Out assassinates every assassin. Out duels every duelist. Is too strong mid-late game. Has a strong early game, but isn't supposed to. Is supposed to be a niche anti tank pick, but is always, 100% of the time, the best pick for the ADC slot no matter if the enemy has tanks or not. Has no weakness besides human error.

And you thought adding gold to the completion cost of BotrK was the nerf she needed? Honestly, how does the balance team remain employed? Not a single champion that builds BotrK BESIDES Vayne, needed a nerf.

But you indirectly nerf 15 other champs, just to target 1 champion, that wont even really be effected by this cost reduction. Since she's gonna be rich AF regardless. Good job.
