Vi cant deal damage like akali and if she builds full dmg, she'ill be kinda weak i guess, since she's supposed to be a tanky fighter.

Tell that to a Vi building Black cleaver and Triforce after Warrior. You can't even hard counter Vi with a pink ward like you can against akali.

I've never seen a champion punish a tank like "mostly tank" Vi can.

Vi late game is much more terrifying than Akali.

You see, that's how I see threads that are titled "[paraphrased quote about a champion]" and then a champion that is complete unrelated. Different champions, different roles, different tools.

Vi can't go invisible, her main escape can be blocked and has to charge (which is telegraphed). She's a bruiser, her job is to dive the carry. Akali is an assassin, she has tools to dive the carry, kill them quickly, and immediately escape. Does Vi need a nerf on her ult's range? Maybe, so you should probably just come straight with it instead of comparing apples to oranges.
