yeah i agree tbh.. protobelt + rylais needs to go away. I think kennen is fine but boots of lucidity combined with protobelt n rylais is just way too fuckin much

exactly... without the belt kennen is still the same kennen. not really strong or safe. Usually you could make plays to dodge his ulti or wait the exact time to let him waste it well at least this is what pro's did for years. Now kennen with belt+rylai's+flash never wastes his ulti.

The concept of characters being able to "ace" teams by himself doesn't exactly merit a character getting nerfs (if that was the case, maokai should've had an ulti nerf a long time ago).

If they do nerf anyone, then I'd really like to see Syndra be one of them. Near 100% pick/ban rate at worlds, not really any "counters" to her, and I'm pretty sure she has over 60% winrate when taken. The fact that the Lulu was nerfed for being less of a kill threat but still being a "lane bully" but syndra was buffed rather decently seems like a massive rito oversight, as Lulu always had massive limitations while this version of syndra doesn't seem to have any.

Shen did not need nerfs, He actually needed QoL buffs. The nerfs were completely unjustified i think most players can agree.

Kennen on the other hand needs nerfs mainly because item 3152 item 3001 item 3158 item 3135 item 3157 item 3116

is an extremely overbearing build on him. His ult is supposed to be rewarding if his positioning is great, but with that build not only does he do more damage, he also removes his weakness of not being able to get in the backline easy.

Kennens ult is a better katarina ult mainly for the reason that he cant be stopped in zhonyas

See, if anything protobelt should be nerfed more than the character itself. Vlad had roughly the same problem (massively rewarding ult, decent damage/poke, but an inability to reach the backline without "help"), so they decided to nerf him. If they popped up the cooldown on it to 100s -2s per level (so at lv18, it'd be 64s cooldown on it), people would be forced to choose when to engage with it instead of using it willy nilly.

Oh, and as someone who played support shen pre/post rework I can kinda agree. The random nerfs they gave him made him ridiculously unreliable bot-lane, to the point in which tahm does literally everything he does 30% better and with lower cooldowns.

Yep i can agree. The item builds are way too good for kennen right now.
