Evelyn's W is counter intuitive and unfun to wait for / play with
Here's the issue I'm seeing and hearing.

An ability that limits a players playtime by forcing them to make a decision a) Prematurely pop W and negate the charm, or b) Wait for it to pop. With the later meaning that said enemy player with the charm will most certainly be in the midst of his/her entire team and you wont be able to make use of it anyways.

Forcing a player to either a) Invest in a time management mini-game where an ability literally forces you to stop with no benefit to the player using it, or b) Hope you can use E to close an extremely small gap in order to pop said other ability in the midst of a team fight, or c) Dont bother using W on Enemy Champions.
The concept of the ability is fine and all, but right now it's just so infuriating that everyone can see it, making it almost impossible to get off on an enemy that isn't alone, with no CDs and who doesn't have boots.. Which 9/10th of the game doesn't ever happen. The point of her charm was to make it so the player has a means to actually function as an assassin, but when an entire team can see it happening, you're just stalling a game by 6 seconds where you literally sit and wait, watching the enemy you cast it on, waddle around their team mates in pure safety.
My proposition,
- Substantially increase the range at which Evelyn can use her E on fully charmed targets, functioning as is.
or
- Enemy team mates can no longer see the Charm animation, forcing both Evelyn and her target to play the game (What better way to torture someone than making them squirm, without alerting the entire world to her presence)
