Why is LeBlanc unchanged
Look, I get it, you can't overhaul all the champions, but LeBlanc has been a cancerous Toxic Tumor within league for a ridiculously long time now. There just isn't anything you can do against her. What more skill can you give a champion that can literally play their own game and totally ignore things like towers or CSing for the first 20 minutes because they simply push people out of lane forever.
- Cant hide under tower, LB will jump onto you and TP out without even taking a Turret shot.
- Cant farm LB will jump onto you and nuke 30% of your HP
- Cant gank her because her mobility is too good an her CDs are far too short
- Cant out damage her without the abuse of several Crowd Control methods which requires several other champions to perform.
Why? Why did LB have her dmg moved away from her Q and E primarily onto her W (IIRC) I dont see the point of making everyone who plays against her want to literally quit the match because of how absolutely easy and free she is to play. There's almost no way you can out scale her and walk away from a 1 on 1 confrontation with her.
Why not move the majority of her dmg to her Chains and have an amp dmg modifier attached to it if the enemy is rooted? Lower the initial dmg of her AOE jump and increase the CD of it. Make her Q the only ability that she can "Mimic" or flat out rework Mimic into something else. There's just no reason for what she is right now and thats uncounterable.
