His E barely scale with AP and barely scale with health, his E has a base damage of 25, meaning he is gonna do absolutely no damage at all ranks in the game.

WoonStruck2 votesTBH old Maokai was cancer in urf and half the reason it wasn't fun. The game ended up boring at level 1 because of him.
Next they just need to gut Zed, Brand, and Wukong. :^)
