Ryze is garbage. Please buff Ryze a little bit. So he can be promoted from garbage to trash bin.

Why did you decide to nerf the e w cc duration? You didn't think about solo q? Is worlds more important for you than solo q?

If ryze needs a mini rework, put him higher in the list instead of letting him be useless for years.

Are you gonna forget ryze exist for 1 whole season again? You already did that last season. Are you going to repeat your mistakes?

Can you at least give a compensating buff to ryze, until you know what you going to do with ryze.

My thoughts are why don't you buff ryze's q range by times 2. I don't think it will effect worlds with this buff.
