I have successfully time traveled from season 6 and have numerous questions

Through rather complex means I'd prefer not to discuss here, I have successfully traveled through time in search of answers about the future of this game. The only things I know of this timeframe is that the community recently passed down a rather fantastic Explorer Illaoi skin and that Urgot has shotguns on his knees. Despite the absurdity of those two things coming to pass, I must press on to find further answers however terrible the reality may be.

Has Riot addressed how snowbally games are and how they can end before 20 minutes into the game? Has Riot addressed the map imbalance caused by the botlane tower being weaker than the others? Has Riot addressed the fragility of lane turrets and improved their capability to counter frequent dives and exploitation? Has Riot addressed the overbearing and volatile levels of damage every popular champion possesses? Has Riot addressed the inherent complications of True Damage and how prevalent it is? Has Riot addressed how ranged toplaners have an inherent advantage over their melee opponents? Has Riot addressed Rift Herald being susceptible to solo takedowns by savvy junglers early into the game? Has Riot addressed Shen's kit being cut down every year rather than tailoring him towards the identity the rework wanted him to have? Has Riot addressed the aftermath of Sejuani being put into the dumpster and made her reliable as an aggressive initiator? Has Riot ceased making champions with gimmick ultimates that define an entire kit? Has Riot ceased making champions have a massive amount of unnecessary dialogue during normal play? Has Riot made another event as refined and perfect as Burning Tides? Has Riot made worthwhile lore extensions to their older champions that improve upon their present character and backstory? Has Riot made any new content and death animation icons for URF, and is it functionally the same? Has Riot taken the criticism well after the backlash of the Juggernaut update and chosen appropriate champions in roster updates? Has Vel'koz seen any changes since he was declared perfect in terms of balance since he was released? And most importantly, has Ezreal's W gotten any extra functionality?

I appreciate any answers you are willing to give; time is of the essence.

No x17. Better hop back into that Tesseract and find a later Season

games can last longer than 20 minutes, but get this: they're often decided in the first 5 minutes, leaving both teams dying inside because this is what happens every game without fail lmao

comebacks don't ever happen either
