Every time I go onto League to do my daily normals game that smug asshole shows up to top lane

Every time I keep reassuring myself that none of my abilities can be blocked by his wall I play numerous champions each designed to beat the kind of champion he is It's been over a year and I still don't know the secret to beating him I try and I try, but I get bamboozled every time

I just want this nightmare to end please just end my suffering ~~or give me advice that isn't just lol his shield is down or don't let him near minions~~

Yes, he is stupidly 'overtuned' at the moment, to the point where he stomps in bronze as a 'high skillcap champion' (53%+ winrate in bronze, according to lolking).

You will lose top lane against him unless he happens to suck, or you're really skilled with a murderous champ like riven or darius. Once you have tabi, Thornmail and Randuins on a heavy bruiser/juggernaut he can't splitpush into your face anymore.

Sadly, he just has to hang back till your Malphite lands a 2 man ulti, press R and sweep half your team into his ult, and then clean up the last guy for the pentakill. The only reason he isn't 60% + winrate is most of them become so enamored of the power Yasuo has, mistake it for their personal skill, and try to 1v5 way too often.

Building item 3143 and item 3047 hit him hard. the overwhelming majority of his damage is auto attacks and crits, randuins and ninja tabi gut both of those.

Renekton is a pretty easy counter

Levels 1-3, just farm up, AA>W him if he gets close for some reason. After level 3, you should start winning trades pretty easily. Once you have your first item, you should destroy him no matter how hard he tries to outplay you.

He's yasuo, he'll either cheese you with a windwall or his shield. No matter what you play the success will change based on the yas player. He's just an aids champ.

All I can really say is bait the wall with other ranged abilities before using your ranged CC... if you're ranged. Otherwise its impossible to play around unless he messes up or you get ganks, its less how good you are and more how bad yas is.
