If press the attack does like an extra 10 damage, why tf is electrocute doing 100+ damage wtf. that should be 10-20 max. I got half my hp gone from a fiz with it because i didn't think it would hit 100 plus fking damage. duh fick.

it does but it wont and champs that need changes never gets them till its way to late while popular champs get insta buffed to insane heights.

it needs to deal more damage because it doesn't have a % damage boost and it have a long CD
but yes its damage is just dumb,it needs to be halfed but reducing its CD a bit (at least at early ranks)
