500 g is buying 5 ad (half a longsword), 50 hp (a quarter of a ruby crystal). That's already 225g worth in stats. The question, I suppose, is whether or not you think the passive is worth about that much, or another 275g. In my opinion, yes, certain champs benefit a lot from the engage-aa-oriented move speed. Try it out on champs like fiora or darius.

i wouldnt post this topic if i didn't try it. The damage and the health are too low and the movement speed that it is on hit should not cost that much
