Anybody else really frustrated with new Champ Select?

First of all, the "pick a champion for your teammates not to ban" step is a waste of time. You should just be able to play more than that one champion, take 2 seconds to type in chat "don't ban X champion", or you should be counter picking. Then I'm prompted two more times (one to ban usually) and another to pick my champion. Then someone on the enemy team inevitably dodges. Then I go through champ select again, same deal, then someone dodges again. And then it happens again. Now by this point I've already spent like 30 minutes trying to find a game, so I start multitasking just to relieve the boredom. Then what? I miss the prompt to ban a champion on accident and I get a dodge penalty of my own. This has happened to me 3 times in the past 2 days, and getting in game for me has been taking an average of 45 minutes to an hour. I really want to play, but I'm sick of sitting here waiting for the game to start... Which I spend more time doing now than actually playing.
