i think there are only lethality quints (these definitly get switched out) and then the rest of armor pen runes are just gone so you will end up using AD marks

I'm not sure but i'm going to look to an example of a stat being removed in the game Spellvamp got removed in game. Spell vamp runes still exist.

I expect this applies to armor pen.
