Hai, I'm a semi akali player but also someone who hates playing against her, but I came up with an idea that would kinda be a fair nerf. Currently her passive cd is 8/7/6/5/4 after first attack (at levels 1/3/5/7/9). What if we changed it to levels 1/4/7/11/14? Helps deal with her passive because its something thats complained about a lot. Thoughts?
Personally i just want an external indicator of how many ult charges she has
That would be a nerf to her early - mid game sustain AND splitpushing power, which she could clearly receive without being overnerfed. She could also receive some number changes,especially her Q dmg that are very high for such a low CD spell.

It originally was like that on PBE but left her too weak. They changed it to what it is now.
To make the passive reach most potency at level 14 would be an incredibly hard nerf considering Akali requires snowballing to effectively close out games.
So... revert her back to how she was when she was first release ? ? ? I don't think so
