nothing wrong with her. she is a very low range adc. they already increased the cost of rage blade by 300. its either she wrecks you or dies. she was weak as fuck on release. if she gets ahead she can carry but if not she falls behind just like any other adc..
Just be glad we have this Kai'Sa and not the original monster that they planned to release.
