Suggestion: Unleveling a skill

You can only use this once per game to un-level up a skill and level another one instead. This is so that misclicks don't ruin an entire game. For example, if you forgot to level your ult at level 11. Or worse, if you're Khazix and evolved the wrong skill, you have to wait 5 levels before being able to level another skill. It takes a minute to charge a skill unlevel, so you can't just say "I think this teamfight needs this skill more so let me unlevel my other skill." The purpose of this is to forgive misclicks, not allow people to change their skills whenever they want based on the situation sees fit. You can only unlevel your most recently leveled skill. What do you think?

If something like this were added it should be akin to the item refund. You can either do it in the fountain if you haven't left of for say 30 seconds after you selected your level up. And if you've already used the skill then the timer ends and you can't swap. It would forgive misclicks but prevent abuse.

The first point isn't really implementable, I think that not many people level their skills in the fountain.

The 2nd point makes sense, but then what if you're playing Akali, and you accidentally leveled up shroud when you wanted to level up Q, then you shrouded to get away from a chasing enemy team?

I think that making them wait a minute after clicking unlevel is enough to prevent abuse. In other words, you click unlevel, and you have to wait a minute before the skill is actually unleveled and you can level up another skill so you can't just unlevel in the middle of a teamfight or chase.
