Contrary to popular Belief, move speed slows DO affect Kalista

Stop saying that you're a '400 armor malphite that can't chase her down 1 vs 1' . Kalista would get utterly sht on 1 vs 1 vs a malphite since she doesn't build crit and lacks a way to deal with tanks ( unlike a certain champion with % true damage Vayne ) and her auto's deal 10% less damage ( unlike someone that gets 10% increased damage that can also crit Jinx ) I'm just tired of people saying that kalista is "uncatchable" by tanks, if you're a cc-less assassin, then yes Kalista fks you over, but def not if you have any form of slow or if you're a tank

For proof, here's a response from Meddler http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/XdEfV8w1-kalistas-dash-speed-is-affected-by-slows

And a gif that shows you how kalista's dash is affected

Maybe now the boards will stop band-wagoning on false facts.

Then she presses E, slows you and goes back to kitting your ass.

I think most people know slows will affect her passive. It just doesnt affect it as much as it should, and makes her more obnoxious to face than she should be.

Two points

A: when she had additional 25% dash range when kiting, it didn't fucking matter if she was slowed.

B: she's still like super cancerous, you still have to have one of the few super strong long term slows (Nasus Nunu) to catch her but now that SOMEONE can it seems like the majority of people moved to the next biggest problem in her kit, which is that she has an infinitely stacking twitch expunge that inflicts a slow (countering anyone who doesn't have a top tier slow), returns mana on kill, and makes contesting baron or dragon impossible unless you intend to ace the other team to do so.

I think the point is, unless you are Udyr or some super chasing machine, she can still outrun you with a Karthus wall worth of slow thanks to her Q giving her a free second jump and her E slowing.
