I just saw a Graves with over 200 mr and armor
He had zero items that gave armor or mr.
This is balanced how?

venomous frost1 voteshis E gives him up to 120 bonus armor/mr max rank, assuming no runes or masteries, he will have 150 mr and 202 armor. OP probably didn't notice he had a maw so yes, a maw + full offense gives him 200+ armor/mr @ level 18. Even more taking into consideration standard runes and ally buffs ( locket?)

MunchCrunchLunch1 voteshis passive gets him 120 armor and mr. the armor part is feasible with runes and his base armor. he has a base MR of 30 so he needs 50 MR from items and runes. am guessing someone might have had locket or something. with runes.
