why riot punishes me if i go afk if i am playing against a janna tristana combo?

if i am melee against them i am so useless that i might as well afk they are ungankable too safe too much damage impossible to assasinate thx to janna shield and many other things why riot allow these things to run rampant?

Things OP could have done instead:

Ask for ganks. Roam. Freeze lane. Swap with another team-mates lane. Use your head, and not think afk is the logical thing to do (wtf??? like, who thinks like thi- . . . Nevermind) Let them over-extend, and ask jungle, and mid for a two-man gank through river. Use your head man.

p.s. Down-voting me for giving advice on better options is fine. I understand how my generation of today can be sometimes when it comes to sensitivity.

i really would like to see u sir doing that in a game , i love how adc mains try to hide how broken enchanter supports+hypercarries is right now espachly against melee champs

Cuz you can't farm, split push and contribute to team fights? The game is won by CS, gold and objectives. Getting kills isn't the only way to to get ahead. So basically you get punished for being a quitter bc you are. . . Also if you are that scared you could ban, or dodge. Why get into the game and screw over 4 Other people by going AFK?

Also Afk is an automated response so riot doesn't have to think about it, the report and the penalty that ensues happen without anyone at riot needing to take action.
