but an as toxic champion like janna can still have 54% win rate with 12% play rate right? balance team at their best

Exactly. He doesn't even appear as a "Mid" champion anymore on statistic websites... And his stats are still terrible, EXCEPT ONE : the dodge rate in your team when you pre-pick Fiddle, which is pretty nice, though ! When you pick Fiddle jungle, first of all, your whole team is instantly depressed and tilted (and they are right !), they know that you picked shit with high risk, zero reward and that you'll have no impact unless the game is a stomp (this is also known as the only case where you don't get x9 + punished just because you dare to pick Fiddlesticks. Very good ! Excellent ! ! !). On the ennemy side, they know that a new jungle camp made of wood just spawned, which rewards for 300g and XP, so they'll come and take it. Anyways ! Better buff Rengar, Zoe, and all those "skilled" champions so they can keep having fun one-shotting Fiddlesticks in < 50 ms thinking they're good at the game. Try to play and win as Fiddlesticks in Diamond+, you'll understand the meaning of "skilled". Hehe... but as usual, Riot teams understands everything better than people that plays the same champion 12h per day for months, and that's why WE'RE NOT BRINGING BACK SOLO Q. Haha, the best of the best (of the best) !
