Should Soraka still have terrible base health regeneration?

(Am I in the middle of a crowd that wants Soraka deleted or something?)

If people are just bypassing the problem with Warmog's Armor, I don't see much point in having Soraka's late-game base health regen being so low. It hurts her ability to use support items effectively during a time her enemies will kill her super-easily anyways. Given her Rejuvenation mechanic can't save her from burst damage, it feels overly-punitive that she also has terrible base HP regen.

I know she's not doing badly in terms of meta stats, but I still dislike how she simply cannot recover her HP without resorting to a tank item.

high hp regen to basically heal her team for only mana cost..balanced

HP regen takes time, time in which you could get sniped. Plus she won't have that high HP regen until she's got several items together.

No one cares about Soraka any more, u will never see her played in the pro league and people want to keep it like that.

who cares about pro league....people still like to play her in anything else. Op is right...its a dumb mechanic and was from the get go to cost health to heal when every other healing champ can do it just as well if not better with only a mana cost.
