Pick toplane, pick Brand, build a Morellonomicon, Liandary's Torment, Void Staff and a Ryalai's Crystal Scepter, in whatever order you prefer. Watch your enemy cry as you deal heavy percent health damage and they can't even get close to farm.

Just make sure you're accurate with your spells because if you can't stun that jungler when they come to gank you're fucked.
