Can anyone explain to me why this champion needs buffs of any sort? There's a shit ton of 53-54% win rate champions that need hefty nerfs this pre-season, yet you focus on this little shit that is never out of meta?

Because he was nerfed a lot for abusing Klepto , it only makes sense to buff him back since it's removed now , and no the winrates you mentioned are wrong
