@gypsylord: Context on the mastery changes. Why are mana mages getting nerfed?

Since you came forward about the Jinx changes from yesterday, can you give context on why the Meditation mastery is being moved? Losing 3 mana regen early game is kinda gonna gimp my Lux against a manaless meta mid.

nope, % mana gonna be top of the utility, they r swaping the +3mana regen for +75 flat mana. Which i think should be changed to +90 instead :)

All in all, better off now going 21/9 always now.

Wrong. Lux's E costs too much, so she can't use it often in lane before manaburning. It's especially nightmarish against Zed; he'll always outlast you if you don't poke him like crazy.
