... pretend to receive "respectful feedback" and "civil discussion" from the playerbase. After a certain degree of incompetence, straight up insults start to become the only appropriate form of communication.

I don't play this game much anymore, but it took me whopping 2 whole (Aram) games to notice that this shit is completely out of control. To me this means that nobody on Riot's balance team played even ONE League of Legends game in the WHOLE phase of ideation/tuning/approval of this rune, NOR they listened to ANY of the feedback during that time.

This magnitude of failure shouldn't be allowed anymore at this level.
