Is this a low elo thing? Is anyone else tired of seeing Vaynes everywhere? I'm not complaining about her power, but I think there may be something we need to do about this. Maybe 
nerfs, maybe actual nerfs, maybe other champs need to be changed, or maybe it's just me...
Thoughts?
Honestly, she's not even broken right now. The reason you see her alot, is because she's a decent pick against other big meta champions. Since the meta is devourer junglers right now, they rely on being able to stick to somebody to AA, which vayne is slippery and can avoid that situation. She is also good against Sivir, Jinx, Ashe which are the main ADCs.
I only picked her up the past 2 weeks because of all of the whining on the boards. I was genuinely curious how I'd do with her. The answer is quite well, actually. You get into a rhythm when you play Vayne. It's constant movement and counting, moving and counting. Looking for any available weakness on your opponents. It actually can be exhausting, because it takes a lot of focus.
Anyway, me liking a champion always means that there are nerfs incoming.
Vayne doesn't need a power check, as someone said in another comment. We can argue all day about how OP Vayne with a Bork can be and how stupid her W damage is, but she also has one of the shortest ranges of any ADC. She's not built for picture perfect teamfights in mid. If there's a Vayne in a teamfight in mid lane, drop your Riven on her. She's squishy as hell.
tl;dr Kill her before her % damage starts adding up
Vayne definitely needs a power check.
I think a minor nerf would be just here. Something like Jinx's nerf size.

like remove lifesteal on the passive again, and reduce the ad of the item to 10.
What if they just removed Vayne's ability to buy Bork in the first place. She just cant buy it anymore. That's it.

She's broken as hell currently, she's banned all the time on streams and is picked a ton in Asian regions for a reason lol
Vayne is a Devour Jungler now.
her AA's apply two stacks of Silver Bolts every other shot.
shot 1: 1 stack shot 2: Trigger shot 3: Repeat
Due to the fact that she can trigger mid/late %health from BotRK and Silver Bolts 33% more often, plus the huge flat-damage increase from Devourer and her own, natural AD bonuses from her ult, her slipperiness with Tumble and her hard CC with Condemn, she's completely broken and can easily get away with this as a final build;
Thats the MMR at work forcing victories and defeats
The only change that should be made to BotRK should be: Melee Only. Problem solved.
has been and always will be the most popular ADC short of a serious gutting.
She's a hyper-carry that can actually take care of herself somewhat, and is mobile enough to fit into most any comp.
That said, people very salt-ily over-exaggerate her usefulness, because it almost entirely depends on who gets the lead in the laning phase.
