You can invade her the whole early phase and get as many kills on her as you want, but she's still monstrous mid-late game as soon as she gets even one kill. 
is as strong as jungling items come, but 
is still as powerful as devourer junglers can get.
i think her main problem is that her damage is ridiculously high even without sated so it removes the whole "gotta farm till sated to be useful" thing.
She is very strong but with all the recent changes she has a lower place on my ban list. Its not her fault that devourer tank works so perfectly with her kits, its the item itself that bring about the issue. Although I have no way how to balance this issue at this time just my two cents.

Her ult puts her in the middle of enemy team and she has ZERO cc. Low risk, high reward.... Wtf game are you playing?
