What sort of Yorick changes?

After the "poppy buff confirmed 5.18" joke, I did some reading and saw red posts about Yorick needing a complete relaunch...

... and all I can hope is that his unique mechanics aren't entirely homogenized...

So... keep it positive... what parts of Yorick do you really hope they keep? What do you really hope they change? Any specific ideas to make his niche BETTER instead of just turning him into "average melee #12"

From what I've heard and seen of what Rioters have released so far, the relaunch will be focused around his ghoulish "Necromancer" theme with a kit focused on commanding ghouls.

He's going to be resourceless

His passive brings him back to life if he dies, but only when his "ghoul well" is full

His Q is going to be a skillshot where a ghoul shoots straight out

His W will have three passives, that give him bonus AD, MS, and AS

His E is going to be a dash that lowers the cool down by each auto attack

I gotta be the only person who likes Yorick as is, if anything i'd want to see his ghosts out longer.

My keep priority: 1- his E. To me, this is what I get the most mileage out of. His only sustain, and respectable damage. 2- his ult. He had it before sion. It's frequently misused in solo que, but skills that reward teamwork and communication benefit the game.

... although I would like to see his ult cast directly on enemies to punish enemies that rely too much on one hypercarry.

Neutral 1- Q, good staple skill. The speed boost would be a lot more helpful between activation and the attack rather than between when the attack lands and the ghoul dies.
2- passive. I like the current one, makes AD items more cost effective, and helps the ghouls last longer... but I'm open to something else. Without the HP from this, the ghouls would have to be rebalanced as well... maybe a set duration instead of being limited by degen?

Only thing I'd really like to see changed is his W. AoE slow is nice, but it doesn't seem cost effective to me. Maybe a ranged ghoul or a ghoul you cast on allies (or yourself) to act as a buff rather than primarily damage.

maybe make him be able to ult enemies as well? With the same concept of course, them being able to cast their abililties and fully control themselves, but since no enemy is going to attack their own teammates, maybe create some sort of twist.. (Hear me out on this one)

The enemy has reduced vision.. I'm talking like.. Grave's smoke bomb reduced, is only able to "target" and attack a single person, and everyone he sees looks exactly the same. So he has no idea whether he's killing an ally or foe.
