Zilean math
note- sleepy math. Please feel free to correct typos/brainfarts.
From PBE notes: NEW PASSIVE - Time In a Bottle (Passive) - "Time in a Bottle Zilean stores time as Experience at a rate of [2/3.5/5/6/12 at levels 1/6/11/16/18 based on level] per 5 seconds. When he has enough Experience to finish an ally's level, he can right-click them to impart it. Zilean receives as much Experience as he gives. Cannot be used in combat. Total awarded: X Experience "
So, for the people saying that it will be the end of days with how fast Morde will snowball, here's some math:
getting from level 5 to 6 takes 680 XP. For Zilean to give someone a "free level 6," at 2 XP per 5 seconds, he has to save up that XP bottle for 1700 seconds. That's a little over 28 minutes to give one person a free level.
Best case scenario, if someone AFKs until you're level 18, you can give them an instant level 2 by saving up for only 100 seconds! ...
Not intended to be a "grant a full level" ... but a "top off people that are a couple minions shy of leveling. So, at level 5, he grants on "siege minion" worth of XP every 230 seconds. levels 6-10, he grants 1 siege minion worth of xp every 132 seconds. level 11-15, it's 1 siege minion worth every 92 seconds, level 16-17 it's every 76 seconds. level 18, he grants a siege minion worth of xp every 38 seconds!
Looking forward to seeing if PBE testers find this noticable... but on paper, this seems to be definitively less powerful than his current flat 8%. Who wants to play a couple games of current zilian and do the math on xp/minute*8% compared to single target 0.4-2.4 xp/sec?
