Riot can we get Magicblade as a keystone?
You know that old mastery from S5 that basically worked like a 5% AP on-hit as magic damage? well, I want it to be a Keystone.

Maybe take this instead of feast or double edged sword and keep it at 5%. I actually loved this mastery because of how it made csing on AP champs gradually get easier throughout the game without having to blow CD's on the minions.
With ap xin being popular it will give another thing to complain about for low Elos.
We already have Fervor of Battle so your point is invalid.
That would be, by far, the weakest keystone yet. I know there are good reasons to miss it, but I don't agree that's the right way to re-introduce it.
I am not saying that it should stay as Is, I mean it could get an scaling of 8% AP and another scaling of base damage per level or AD, there are many champs that would prefer a mastery like this one over TLORD and DFT
etc....
Definitely not
. No reason to build AP on him atm.
Hybrid Varus works pretty well actually :3
Okay, maybe as a off-build.
But I firmly believe they shouldn't balance around that. If it works on him, fine, but I wouldn't use him as an argument to do that.
I works primarily because of rage blade.
It wouldn't need to be top-tier keystone it could be alternative to cookies or something.
Sure. I'm still not used to referring to lower tiers of keystone as keystones. But that slot already has 3, no? It would have to be down one slot again.
I see no reason why it wouldn't have 4. But it doesn't matter really, it could fit the ferocity as well.
When they announced new masteries, they said each row has 4 slot for masteries.

or they could buff it up to a keystone worthy%.
Definitely.
I would argue, though, in that case, it's much less useful. If they wanted a terminal keystone from it, it would lose it's value as something that helps mages last hit. I realize not everyone in this thread cares about that specific use, necessarily, but that's mostly what I miss, personally.
I mean, you're not going to go "a few extra cs" keystone over thunderlord's for instance, on most burst mages.
Definitely.

it would not be to help mages lasthit, but it would be for dedicated ap autoattackers like teemo and Diana, it could compete with fervor of battle.
Yeah, definitely. For dedicated auto-attackers, it would definitely be better as a tier 3 keystone, even compared to the old mastery.
Yespls
They could probably just fold it into Fervor somehow. Maybe give fervor itself a negative ap ratio and add on an on hit aspect that deals a flat 5% of ap. The negative ratio would remove the stacking fervor damage, but grant the 5% on-hit. They'd just have to make the scaling such that it takes like 200 ap to remove the entire fervor damage, that way things like IBG don't mess it up. Naturally, after that point, more AP wouldn't remove any more damage.
I think that Riot could make Fervor of Battle sensitive in terms of one thing: you have more AD or Armor Pen than Magic Pen or AP; let Fervor deal physical damage, if it is the other way arround let it deal magic damage, Fervor already scales well anyways.
arcane blade was... okay.. I guess you could imagine that DFT is like it but better and it applies on spells too. Lategame that shit hits for like 100-200 damage lol
DFT doesn't apply on autos you know?
oh i actualy didnt even know that. I guess because i saw it proc on ezreals Q i thought it might have been an onhit.,.
I would love that. I wish that would be added.
It was a huge nerf to
that it was removed but fortunately, she can supplement her lower damage with Thunderlord's Decree.
Okay so if it's weak then buff it up to something like 10 or 15% scaling. Sure, temoo and kale might abuse it but who cares. :3
If Kayle abuses something it gets gutted the next patch.
Would love to see this become a 2nd tier 1-pointer in Ferocity.
Maybe with a slight buff, like a flat 3+ based on level.
