Yi's ult is outdated

Probably the third time I bring this up. It's designed to chase people down at season 3, not for this current meta which everybody gets 3 dashes and 50% movement speed buff. Especially after you cut it's duration by 1/3, literaly everybody can outrun Yi's tier 1 ult easily and that's just ridiculous. I don't have a problem with nerfing his dueling power, especially with BOTRK buff incoming, so you can keep that duration, but god damn he needs more movementspeed than this to actually get his hand on anybody. Did you know Ekko gets more movement speed from his passive than Yi ult?

The difference between Yi and Ekko is that Yi's MS boost lasts 7 seconds, is increased in duration for each kill or assist, and grants slow immunity.

Very few people can outrun Yi, who has the highest base MS in the game, alongside Pantheon. Also, while Yi doesn't have a dash, Q can be used as a gap closer.
