Nerf isn't enough, delete this item

they rarely remove items, much less ones that are that new

Essentially, it is a Zhonya's for assassin's and ADC's. Prolly not gonna remove it. #Feelsbadman Good item but it's garbage on champs like Sivir and Nocturne.
