When Riot says they want to balance the game they are just full of shit, but I thought I would make a list of items and nerfs that are actually needed.

Nerf brand and rework him. http://cdn.meme.li/instances/250x250/53863709.jpg You gave him so much burst and power it's ridiculous. Every game since season 6 started, Brand has been batshit OP. His kit can literally kill you without need of his ultimate move. He does enough damage to kit you and leave with a kill every exchange. He has an op Stun. short cool downs. no mana problems. and with the mage update you gave him even more damn power. He didn't fucking need a explosion effect when he lands his skill shot. but just in case that didn't kill you, let's give him a free ignite as well. You need more tenacity items. There is no way to get any tenacity in this game. You buy Mercury treads on champions who actually need tenacity, you lose speed by buying them. Yes it should be possible to get 100% tenacity and stop all stuns and knock ups/backs. Nearly every champion in this game has a slow/stun/knockup/knockback/etc, and for there to be no tenacity is just dumb. https://imgflip.com/readImage?iid=46518921

Nerf speed champions. Anti-life stealing items. Yes they should bloody exist. You want balance, counter what is broken. Life steal is broken on many champions, and no i don't mean Yasuo. i'd like this post more if you didn't spam pics all throughout it. and i'll give my 2 cents on your points. 1 brand passive and stun were nerfed and he's more manageable currently. 2 tenacity is multiplicative not additive 15% +35%= 44.75 tenacity 3 they nerfed those champs with devourer so wait awhile for the meta to balance out 4 might be a good idea but would probally be difficult to implement 5 there was a quite in depth post on this topic(although i don't agree with the reasons) and they will revisit enchantments in the future. 6 they are trying to rebalance mages with the new items so their will be some tweaks. Was a fun read 10/10 will debate again*[slayer-pantheon-popcorn]*

I'm sorry. I'm very used to having opinions like these that I feel are absolutely unopposably CORRECT, but all of my friends who play Zed or Ekko and insta-win most matches will tell me I'm wrong. I'm just a bronzie who doesn't understand the game, despite having played for six years, and being actually kind of understanding of game design.

But then again, you're not me, so you won't be automatically downvoted by the flocks of imbeciles who are magnetically attracted to telling me to kill myself at every waking moment in this godforsaken game.

Maybe if I let you voice my opinions, people will listen, since I'm obviously too bronze and too stupid to express them in a way that other people will arbitrarily decide is appropriate.

I pray for your success in changing this game for the better.

They probably play champions who are broken at that moment and they win like that. I want to win, but not by insta win champions. Well you're right about that, so use a summoner slot for ignite. Supports have been taken it for a while now (even healers) and have seen a lot of success. So taking ignite in any role, but jungle (exception: shaco), while still having a good selection of champs in jungle that can take EC and Morellos so grevious wound is still available for all roles.

Anyways, all you asked was for it to exist, and guess what, it does. You're wish has already been granted.
