let me know how these games aren't made to be pure frustration

i get zero people in provisionals/unranked in my normal games and get them 100% of the time in promos

tbh on smurfs i always had the same thing. 10-0 provi usually at least get gold 1 go into promo lose 1st promo then win all promos till d5. then when i get to d5 i lose 3-4 promos to d4 till i tilt and actually start losing eveyr game xDD

This is because massive win rate of your smurf boosts your MMR leading to you being paired against players above your abilities regardless of rank :)
