Are you seriously letting a Lee sin buff go through?

So is there any reason why Lee sin deserve a buff? I understand it's early shield but tell me in your words why because he has no mana cost+a built in life steal+shield. Stop sucking on his butt all the damn time Riot balancing team because there is no reason he needs a buff the dude has over 20% play rate for a reason and with this buff it gives him more of a reason to invade after a red at level 3 Lee sin kit is overloaded as hell but rather then let him be you want to buff him out of the blue.

Don't pull out the B.S "He is weak in normal game players" This jungler has low win rate but it's because it's effect by the amount of play rate he has if you really want to talk about normal play champion that are beyond weak and non existent then go with a real champion and not a excuse

BAM how about work on these champion so they actually get seen in more normal game before buffing a champion that has over 20% of player base playing him just because he has a 47% win rate doesn't mean he isn't strong it means that there are not skilled players bringing his wirate down.
