A few small balance suggestions:

Hey, all. I thought I'd share a few balance tweaks I came up with for some of the statistically weakest champions right now. I'm just tossing out some rough ideas, so feel free to take them or leave them.

Nidalee Nidalee currently has pretty low winrates in several of her roles. Her top and jungle aren't completely horrible for experienced Nidalee players using bruiser builds. However, her AP mid lane is particularly bad right now. If Riot is intentionally phasing out her AP mid role, then its fine to leave her as-is, but if they want to let her continue to go mid, she will probably need some buffs. If the intention is for her to continue to be viable as an AP mid carry, then I suggest starting with some small tweaks as shown below.

Base Mana 295.6 ⇒ 305 Pounce AP Ratio 30% ⇒ 35% item 3165 Grievous Wounds inflicted to enemies below 40% ⇒ 50% health The Morellonomicon buff slightly compensates for Grievous Wounds being weaker this season. Buffing Morellonomicon helps mid Nidalee without overbuffing her top or jungle roles.

Urgot I think we've all heard about Urgot tier and he's a bit of a joke at this point. I know that he is scheduled for some sort of rework anywhere between 2016 and 2050, but I really think he can safely get some buffs to tide him over until we're all driving hover cars and elect our first robot president.

Noxian Corrosive Charge Armor Reduction 12/14/16/18/20% ⇒ 10/12/14/16/18 (+ 0.05 AD)% item 3004 25 ⇒ 35 bonus AD; 775 ⇒ 925 combine cost (2,400 ⇒ 2,550 total cost) Buffing Manamune's slot efficiency and gold efficiency by a bit also slightly helps out champs like Yorick. I think Manamune has slightly fallen behind other AD items since the ADC itemization rework.

Nunu It's Nunu's support role specifically that needs help. Support Nunu has been a thing since forever, but it really hasn't aged very well over the years.

Visionary: Nunu can cast a spell for free after 5 attacks. ⇒ Nunu can cast a spell for free once per 25 seconds, reduced by 5 seconds each time Nunu attacks. Changing Nunu's passive as shown above would help support Nunu a lot more than it would help jungle Nunu. Support Nunu must be careful about attacking minions for a couple reasons. First, it exposes him to poke from the enemy ADC and support. Second, it can frustrate his ADC partner by pushing the lane against their will. The change above makes it so that Nunu gets more consistent use out of his passive in cases where he can't freely attack anything.

Fiddlesticks From some Riot posts I've seen recently on the boards, Fiddlesticks is currently being looked at. Here are a couple simple buffs for consideration.

Terrify range 575 ⇒ 600 Drain range 575 ⇒ 650 Drain mana cost 80/90/100/110/120 ⇒ 75/80/85/90/95 Crowstorm channel time 1.5 seconds ⇒ 1 second Fiddlesticks has had trouble with mobility creep, the faster pace of games, and itemization changes. Buffing his ranges and channel time would help him keep up a little bit and reach his opponents. In particular, having a Drain range slightly longer than Terrify would slightly alleviate the issue of Drain's tether breaking early because fears were changed a while back to always cause opponents to run away from the caster. The change to Drain's mana cost would help Fiddlesticks clear the jungle if he loses blue buff since Runeglaive is so clunky on him. We all know the feel when your mid laner threatens to AFK if you don't give him blue buff... 120 mana at max rank is really high for a non-ultimate spell and is actually higher than most ultimates.

Manamune needs to charge more quickly, Urgot is ok, he just needs some extra range for his ult once again (or to have the same range at all levels at least).

Nidalee needs a better hitbox for her Q, it is just TOO SMALL, her Q was nerfed in so many aspects that it is now super rare to see a Nidalee.

Nunu needs a change on his W, make it grant a shield, life steal - Spell Vamp, damage reduction, SOMETHING. Even if it targets too champs the amount is too low, he should also get an extra bonus just for casting it over himself. Consider that this ability does not fit his kit too much (only his passive)..

Just commenting on Urgot's ultimate, I don't think that the developers would be willing to rebuff its range for a couple reasons. Riot nerfed it to begin with because it made it excessively dangerous to go back to a lane once Urgot started snowballing. It was considered too hard to play around the longer range since going into CS range as an enemy ADC could result in being caught by it and killed over and over again when trying to come back to lane. The other reason that I doubt the developers will touch his ultimate is that it is likely already planned to be completely scrapped in favor of a brand new ability whenever they get around to reworking him.

About Manamune, I agree that having it charge quicker could also work. My main reason for suggesting increasing its AD and cost is to put it on a similar level to its AP equivalent, item 3003, which was recently made more slot efficient and expensive back when item 1058 was added to its recipe.

It also needs the AD buff, the item needs love, considering that it charges even slowlier than a item 3070 would, (the Tear gains +1 charge by itself each 10 seconds or something like it).

That Nunu buff makes Jungle Nunu outright crazy. He can now do it in less than 5 attacks.

Jungle Nunu doesn't really have mana issues like support Nunu to begin with, and the passive's uptime isn't changed much at all if you are constantly attacking anyways. 25 / 5 = 5 In other words, the same as before.

5 autoattacks takes about 5 seconds with blood boil up anyways, so the passive isn't actually coming up any faster while in constant combat. It would help a bit when going between camps, but it would only be a slight change of maybe a couple extra spells when clearing your entire jungle. You aren't usually too mana starved even without blue buff because of item 1039 in the jungle anyways. It's primarily a buff to support Nunu.

I am confident it wouldn't break jungle Nunu, but I would be fine with it if Riot decided they needed to slightly hit jungle Nunu with a tiny nerf to something that support Nunu doesn't rely on like Consume damage to minions/monsters.

The change to Drain's mana cost would help Fiddlesticks clear the jungle if he loses blue buff since Runeglaive is so clunky on him.

Wouldn't it be better to actually fix that? Some people have suggested making drain non-channeled (just keeps working as long as the target stays in range) which would be a pretty big change, but due to the strong anti-synergy between Spellblade and the long channel on live Drain, he might also benefit from simply halving the cost, max duration, and CD, keeping the damage per tick the same.

This would allow him to drain for a couple seconds, attack once to proc Runeglaive, then drain some more (unless he'd rather E at that point, or E and then go back to draining, it might depend on the camp and his current items; the point is he would have options, he wouldn't be committed to continuing a long drain he has already paid heavily for up front). Also, he wouldn't spend full mana if he only needs half the drain until the target dies, and he would be slightly less hurt by interruption (although it would still be bad). Other than that, two mini drains = one live drain.

Of course, since it makes Runeglaive more usable, it would probably turn out to be a more significant buff than it looks on paper, so if they end up making it like 2/3 of the current cost for half of the current duration/CD, that might be OK too -- there would have to be some playtesting and adjustment of the exact numbers. But if the design of jungle items is such that all junglers including mages need to be able to basic attack the mobs, then Fid needs to be able to do that too.

+1 Nice suggestion. A change like you describe might work in lieu of reducing his Drain cost.

I would personally prefer straight mana cost buffs but I can definitely see the elegance of your solution. I am somewhat biased because I strongly dislike the Runeglaive item and feel that it makes most AP junglers clunky, and just Fiddlesticks more so than the rest. I actually dislike it to the extent that I would rather take Cinderhulk and make Fiddles into a drain tank, as I have seen some others do, than build Runeglaive. Buffing the mana costs would also help support and mid Fiddlesticks which would be nice in my opinion.

He could still probably use some other buffs, like the range and ultimate channel buffs I suggested, to help him keep up with the modern game in any case.
