@ Reds and Riot about the Assassin Item and other assassins who dont build it
Okay so this is a great boost to 
and some others (personally aside from Kha'zix I thought most of these guys already felt okay especially Zed).
Anyways what about your OTHER assassins?
? These champions also dont build armor penetration so the active of 
falls off very hard thanks to base scaling armor.The Item doesnt really help these guys in the slightest.
and are still "Assassins" whos most successful builds include them building mostly tank and being soft iniators.
still cant flourish thanks to how cheap

Is still Binary as all hell and doesnt even really auto attack.Ryze and Xin got some small gameplay changes why not Kat? Also in this meta with beefwalls running around everywhere with 20 different forms of CC Katarina is having a super hard time.(wasnt Katarina the god of solo que season 3 lo how the mighty have fallen)
The guys at Riot claim theyre trying to patch up assassins which I believe as theyre giving them an entire mastery/skill tree/ Item but they seem to have forgotten about anyone whos name isnt Zed ,Kha6 or Talon.
Will there be any Items made for AP assassins(RIP DFG) ? Or at the least can you guys make a AP version of that deals magic damage?

but AP assassins cant pump out constant big damage through autos.
) are really suited more towards Melee AD's than they are mages

ap assasins are nowhere near lacking in proper burst itemization.
