Its a direct quote.
Dryditch5 votesZac has to charge his up, has a significantly longer travel time, and can be CC-ed to stop the leap midway through. Malphite has none of those issues on his ultimate.
You might as well ask why Xin Zhao has Diana's Ultimate on his E, or why Varus and Sejuani have the same ultimate.

Flaherty2 votesFirst of all there's 131 champions, secondly you can ward places he will jump from or play one of several champions with quick hard cc and just react to him coming. You can also play someone with a dash to get out of the way since like someone said before his travel time is quite slow compared to Malphite ulting. There are plenty of ways to counteract Zac so just research one of them and do it instead of just immediately giving up and then going on a message board to complain about it.
