I never understand the logic of idiot leaving Baron at 1000HP when smite does 750 damage

So the enemy jungler started running towards us, instead of committing and finishing baron, you always have these kids who decide to run off, and then you as the jungler have to ff the baron as well because you can't dealt enough damage as all your pussy team mate are running off and then the enemy stole baron and then blame you for losing it LOL

play a damage jungler so you can reliably finish it? or ward super well with pinks/yellows. in that area
