Dear riot a very big part of the community agrees that you drop the ball which happened already countless times and stuff but big part of our community can agree that you do it muuch more ofthen than ever lately

By this, you mean the people who post online, right?
Because only a very small percentage of players actually bother posting at all. The most vocal people are those who are disappointed, so it's expected that most of what you read is disappointment. Even if 100% of posts were in agreement that Riot did something wrong, it's still not that many people so it's ridiculous to base "community agreement" on what you read.

Yeah... IMO riot should create a weekly survey about any changes they make, and embedd it IN TO the client, that way ALL the players can voice their opinions.

And drop in jungle popularity doesn't mean it's a bad change. Having difficulty with early jungle of course turns people off from it but that doesn't mean there is something wrong with it. Supporting is far less popular, so I guess Support is the "worst" role?

Actually, with the jungle changes, top-tier early gank junglers like lee and vi are the only junglers. Unless you have both built in sustain AND fast clears, youre not going to jungle effectively. Tank junglers are practically non-existent, and non-meta junglers are nigh impossible.
In contrast, support is just the most demanding role by far. The entire outcome of the game depends on the support babysitting the ADC.
