Thoughts on Yasuo?

Ok. I really don't want to be one of "those" people. I really don't want to make one of "these" threads and be downvoted and ignored for whining and im not trying to whine. But im just not sure what to think about Yasuo anymore. Anytime i'm not 3rd-5th in champ select i dread not seeing a yasuo ban. The times that Yasuo gets through in my games hes on the other team and and he just runs over the game. Every game i can recall in recent memory with an enemy Yasuo has been a loss or a very unsatisfying win at least. He just isn't fun to play against for the average player.

Now im going to address the inevitable "Well you just suck" "You're just a scrub" "You don't know how to play/git gud/you're just doing it wrong den" Ill have to respond with: No Im not a pro. I'm not bjergerking, Pobelter, Im not Sneaky or Uzi or Liftx2. I don't play on a big stage in front of thousands of people--i play in our room with my cat trying to eat my foot, while my kid tries to eat everything else. Im not Diamond 10 or Master 500. But i am only one person. I have played for maybe 4 years almost 5 now as this year concludes. I have experience, i have game knowledge. I have mechanics and game sense. No i'm not a pro, but i'm not a noob. When i play i try to bring the bank. (Cool points for slang? :D)

I digress. Yasuo is just not fun to play against. For one champion to be able to have that much influence in a game single handedly is ludicrous. He can be dealt with, sure. I feel the reason he isn't picked in pro play is that a pro team in voice com has the luxury of conforming to a strategy to deal with a Yasuo and making a composition for it, which a random team of average everyday pubs obviously does not have such luxury with being detached and having to type. In the same manner that say Rek'sai was nerfed even though to the average everyday player she is relatively weak. Because with a team in clear communication with each other that conforms to cooperation, she can get a lot down--and she has booty for days but that's beside the point.

I don't know about you, but from my experience its harder to get 4 of your other teammates to conform to a strategy than pulling crocodile teeth with greasy fingers. The average player doesn't care to conform to a team strategy to accomplish a goal. Most people don't care, don't want to play that way. "It's just normals. It doesn't matter. Stop tryharderingingngng." To me that means nothing at all. Being in a normal game doesn't forbid anyone from applying themselves. Playing for fun doesn't prevent you from putting effort and thought into your actions and decisions. That's just what i think i suppose. In that regard everyone is fine with letting Yasuo go on a rampage through your whole team.

Where people get trapped and blocked by minions he just goes through them. While he shaves your health off like bacon, you have to cut through a shield that is awarded to him effortlessly every few seconds. He makes you have to address him particularly in so many ways just by being there, while he himself doesn't have to do any of the sort. It takes more skill to play against him than it takes to play as him, and for the average league player thats enough to decide the game--wiggle room for the more often than not.

TLDR: What can be said about Yasuo doing Yasuo things?

In fear of catching typical forum responses and backlash i really wanted to talk about about. Its a tired topic i know. But seriously. What is the community consensus on Yasuo? Because after this long i'm starting to see it this way and surely i can't be crazy? Am i? Am i just a whiny noob? Is there something i'm just not seeing here, because i certainly feel Yasuo is this way.
