NO NOT BANNER OF (bug fix huehuehue super buff the item to a point that forces us to remove it) COMMAND

I'm talking about bring back banner of command and make it where baron buff doesn't affect cannon minions. Make it act the way it did before the bug fix, where it was a slightly underpowered fun niche item that was very enjoyable to use for split pushing power.

Riot reworked the item and then take it out because it too strong, NO! riot please bring this item back. I cannot play league anymore because it does not spark joy. Banner of Command did spark joy. I mourn, everyday.
