Just something i want to rant about as an azir main. Whenever i get azir in urf the cooldown for is soldiers is, of course, very fast, but the 80% cdr doesnt alter the time it takes for azir to prepare a new soldier, only for the time it takes to place a new one. Its not anything back but i just find it kinda annoying that i cant spam soldiers while my enemy can.

Maybe not have cdr reduce it by like 45% at max but have some sort of reduction with diminishing returns or something...and if riot decides its healthy enough , just make it linear *so 45% is actually 45% reduction and 80% in urf is actually 80%
