It's pretty clear that the massive piece of land that the Noxian Empire kinda curves around is Kled's property, so we should clearly be able to see the sign that proclaims the land to belong to Kled.
Kled's Territory IS Runeterra, ALL OF IT
But it already is.... when you pull up the map it's pretty clear where his boundaries are... you don't see them CUZ THAIR AINT NONE!!! NOW GET OFF HIS LAND![sg-shisa]
The map currently shows only one-sixth of Runeterra and it took years for us to get it. I don't even want to think about how long it would take for them to map out the whole planet.
This would seem to imply that the entire map does not belong to Kled.
