Riot, Do to lower ranks what you did to Diamond

If you guys didn't know, in Diamond you can only have a max group of 3. BUT in other elo's you can have a group up to 5 and still have a possibility of being matched up with a team of solo-q'ers.

Do you smell that? Yeah I smell bullshit

Now a simple fix to all of your aneurysm is to change the cap from 4/5 down to a simple 3.
