Off-meta supports?

Does anyone have any suggestions for off-meta supports?

I started playing Jinx to help add more pushing power. The reason for that is because in Bronze, players tend to not push lanes and focus on kills. However, Jinx also has good utility! Her W has the long range slow that can harass the enemy (Plus at higher ranks, it hurts.) Her E helps you zone the enemy away from your tower, so either your ADC can farm in peace, or if your ADC is at base, you can have free farm. If you give her a frozen hammer early enough, she becomes CC kiting queen. Her Q gives her a splashing effect for the frozen mallet, so you can continuously slow en mass. Her Ult also gives her team some long distance support.

So far, I start Ancient Coin, 2 pots and a ward. Haven't figured out the right balance for Runes and Masteries yet. I rush frozen mallet, Cooldown boots to get my ult up and W up as often as possible. My next item would either be Talisman of Ascension to speed up minions. After that, I kind of go blind. Teleport/Exhaust are my choice summoner spells.

Any other off-meta support suggestions and why?

Update:

Attempted Masteries: 9/0/21

Offense: Fury, Brute Force, Expose Weakness, Martial Mastery.

Utility: Expanded Mind, Scout, Summoner's Insight (2/3), Strength of Spirit, Alchemist, Gredd, Vampirism, Culinary Master, Scavenger, Wealth, Meditation, Bandit.

Vel'Koz is a fun atypical support. He has cheap, spammable spells that are good for proccing Spellthief, and his passive lets him deal hefty damage if he can proc them. Plus his Ultimate base damage is deliberately high so he can still contribute in a fight even without a lot of gold.

Xerath is a slightly less effective but still fun version. He has a stun which is always good in a duo lane, he can harass quite effectively, and if you pick him against a melee support like braum he can easily AA them to keep his mana topped off via his passive. Free harass all day long.

I've been meaning to try Ekko as a non-meta support. He has just enough CC and zone control to be useful and he can still build offtank and be relevant. Could be some good plays with his aoe stun.

While the Support isn't non-meta, my friend and I have had great success running Pantheon/Leona bot lane. Absolutely oodles of CC with up to 3 stuns, lots of AoE damage, and even good synergy with their ultimates.

Well... There is Sion (shield) , Shaco (spellthief's) and Yorick (shield/coin). Neither of them are overly viable, but good fun nonetheless.

I've also heard about Panth Supp, but that I've never tried or seen. His poke and all-in are the only pros about it though, because he will probably fall off even earlier than before.

NO offense but in bronze everything is viable on any role :P

No offense taken, I completely agree that champs can be put in many different roles. It's a shame bronze players freak out when we go "against the rules" as it were. :/

But I'm more looking at who would you use as off-meta support and why. :D
