Can't announce ult ready - Morgana

Due to her ult being only castable when you are near a champion, the icon is grayed out, not allowing me to alt+click on ult.

Don't know if noticed by Riot, last seen yesterday.

I've noticed this. Wasn't sure if it was a bug, because technically, her ult isn't "Ready" until you're near others. Not a bad idea to change that behavior, though.
