Suggestion to Make Bans More Strategic in SoloQ

Getting straight to it, here's the suggestion: In solo queue, add a period of ~30 sec before bans begin so that teams can choose roles and discuss their strategy for picks/bans.

Rationale: The current setup does not allow many teams sufficient time to discuss their strategy in significant depth before the first few bans need to be locked in. Thus, early bans are likely to be used by the person making the ban simply to negate a champion they consider overpowered or a counter to their favorite champion. Providing a bit of extra time for the team to confer, however, would allow teams to tailor their picks/bans to the champion pools of the people on the team.

Here's the sort of situation this suggestion is meant to avert: The team is still working on which player will take what role, etc., when the timer winds down on the first ban. The captain thinks, "Well, Fizz is OP" and bans Fizz. However, it turns out that the team's mid-laner either plays Fizz, or a counterpick to Fizz such as Akali or Diana. If they'd known this going in, they probably would not have banned Fizz, instead focusing on counterpicks to their mid-laner's preferred champions.

I would prefer having more information about my opponents. For example, giving me stats on their six most-used champions. If not in solo queue, I think this should be a thing in Ranked 5's.

I really like this idea, actually. Especially since you can kind of already do it by quickly looking them up on lolking (probably not in time for ban 1, though). So giving you this info would again make bans more strategic, while not giving you access to info you couldn't possibly get otherwise.
