In all seriousness, you just hope to CC him before he kills them. The dash is too problematic imo. Breaks too many weaknesses off champions.

The counterplay is to either dodge the skillshot in the first place so they aren't rooted and can't be dashed to, OR CC all targets that follow up on the root.
