Draven is the single most healthy and balanced champion in the League

His damage is dependant on how good his player played in the laning phase and gets rewarded for it later on, he has a telegraphed animation of where he is gonna catch his axe and can give the opposing team few brief moments on how to cc lock him and burst him down really quick. He has average to low mobility and even when fed is fairly easy to shutdown. Let's be honest. the Draven meta was something that League needed a very long time ago.

I agree, I've tried playing Draven before and the amount of skill it takes to be good with him has to be respected

I upvoted ya, people panic when champs rise above 40% win rate, "damn shame what they did to that dog"

I don't see people saying Draven doesn't take skill. Rather that he's hitting too hard and healing too much right now.

What people don't seem to understand about Draven is axe control is only one aspect of why he's hard. The next level is knowing when to let an axe drop. The problem is that answer is a lot easier to choose when no one ever throws CC at his axe's bounce location. In order to out-bully the bully, you need to take his toys away.

You think people think about that? They face roll into him and wonder why they lose. Same thing with fiora. They don't respect the reward they get for the risk they play with. They only see they lost a stat check and go OMFG SO OP RITO PLZ NURF
